Anyone willing to offer suggestions and/or solutions to this problem? I, myself haven't been sleeping until like 5 and have been trying for a few weeks now sigh*

Really? I feel like if I eat before bed i cant sleep lol

For me to sleep better, I just think of someone I like.

Computer lights keep "juices" in your brain working over time. Any bright lights straight to your eyes like TV or a computer screen, even a book light will work like artificial sunlight to your brain, making your brain start working over time.

I have huge problems with trying to fall asleep. A lot of times even if I'm feeling tired around midnight, I can't fall asleep until like 6 or 7 am. What I do to try to fix this is to stay up until like 5 or 6 pm then sleep until I wake up (Usually between 4 to 8 am) and it fixes the problem for about 2 weeks XD It takes me at least 25 mins to 2 hrs to fall asleep bkz of my mental problems. I fantasize to keep my brain set on one thing and I usually fall asleep faster. (Its usually fantasies about sex, marriage or a baby)

I fantasize to make me sleep too but its like an ongoing love story so I continue it the next night and when i get bored of it, i got new characters lol. Like maybe this guy likes a girl but she is a *****. Or maybe this guy falls in love with a really gothic girl lol, etc. I normally fall asleep in like half an hour lol

If i can't sleep, i turn everything off in my room, computer,tv,digital cable box,close my door,close my blinds and i use my phone's mp3 player and just listen to music till i pass out

i have to try to stop thinking, lol. so i just envision something boring and plain like construction paper! sometimes it helps to have background noise, like an air conditioner, furnace, or de/humidifier.
